Vindhya Mandekar is a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst currently engaged with the Knights esports team since September 2022, focusing on customer behavior analysis and revenue enhancement through targeted marketing strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2019 to June 2022, where Vindhya developed features for the Equities Trading Analytics platform and served as a Cloud enablement subject matter expert. Earlier, as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems from July 2014 to March 2019, Vindhya was involved in managing the customer data repository and utilizing machine learning algorithms to improve data quality. Vindhya holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore.
