Sridhar Balakrishnan is an experienced professional with a strong background in performance engineering and management. Currently serving as Associate Director at UBS since August 2020, Sridhar leads senior performance engineering efforts within Wealth Management QA. Prior to this role, Sridhar spent 17 years at Cognizant, advancing to Associate Director - Projects, where responsibilities included performance architecture, consulting, engineering, and testing. Sridhar holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Bharathidasan University and a Master's Degree in Statistics from the University of Madras.
