Sarah Mackey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and leveraged finance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Investor Relations at UBS since October 2015, Sarah has held multiple senior roles including Head of Leveraged Finance EMEA and Managing Director, Head of Leveraged Finance Origination EMEA. Prior to UBS, Sarah spent over 12 years at NatWest Group, where significant positions included Managing Director of Financial Sponsors Coverage, EMEA and Managing Director in Leveraged Finance Origination. Earlier experience includes roles at Credit Suisse and NatWest Markets Plc, beginning as an Analyst. Sarah holds a degree in Law from the University of Oxford and completed a Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
