Pablo Morgades Romero is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private banking and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at UBS since August 2023, Pablo previously held the position of Senior Private Banker and Head of Relationship Managers at Banco Bci from January 2014 to August 2023, where a strong focus was placed on client relationships and banking services. Prior to this role, Pablo founded and owned a start-up specializing in recruitment advisory for executive talent, demonstrating entrepreneurial capabilities and business acumen. Pablo holds an M.B.A. from IE Business School and a B.B.A. from Universidad Internacional de Cataluña.
