Luis Navarro Ibarra is an experienced Agile Coach and leadership development professional with a background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Agile Coach and Professional Coaching Competency Lead at UBS, Luis has also held leadership coaching roles at Torch and oikos International. Previous positions include Agile Coach Chapter Lead at Swiss Re, Agile Practice Lead at Avaloq, and various Scrum Master and development roles at UBS and Credit Suisse.
