Lars Hofer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Change Portfolio Manager in the UBS CH Integration Office since January 2015, Lars has held several key positions including Senior Project Manager for Group Risk COO and Program Stream Lead for Credit Risk Change. Prior to UBS, Lars gained valuable expertise at Credit Suisse from December 2009 to December 2014, working as a Change Agent/Leader in Group Operations. Lars holds a CAS Digital Asset Specialist certificate from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a study period at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
