Ian Douglas possesses extensive experience in operations, technology services, and digital marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of People and Talent at UBS since July 2020, Ian previously held roles including Chief Operations Officer at MullenLowe London, where leadership in business and creative operations was demonstrated, and Principal Consultant at Seb*, focusing on strategy and digital transformation projects. Notably, Ian has had a significant impact in digital marketing as Head of Digital for Edelman Italy and further advanced operations as Head of Operations across multiple agencies including Publicis and FCB Global.
