Ben Prata is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in finance operations and control. Currently serving as Finance Chief Operating Officer at UBS since May 2012, Ben Prata has held multiple senior roles including Managing Director of various divisions focused on financial control, accounting, and securities. Previously, Ben Prata worked at Morgan Stanley from January 2003 to May 2012 as Managing Director in roles such as CFO for Morgan Stanley Bank NA and the Sales & Trading Division, responsible for key financial management functions. Earlier in the career, Ben Prata served as a Supervisor at PwC. Ben Prata holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
