Ann Kenny currently serves as a Reward Advisor in the Compensation Plans Team at UBS, having joined in September 2024. Prior to this role, Ann worked at Credit Suisse from September 2022 to September 2024, initially leading the IBCM Campus Recruitment Team and subsequently focusing on Reward Products and Compensation Plans. Previous experience includes a position as Vice President of Campus Recruitment at Bank of America, where Ann specialized in junior talent recruitment for the EMEA Global Corporate and Investment Banking sector. Ann also held roles at UBS as an EMEA Junior Talent Recruiter and at the Bank of England as an Early Careers Recruitment Administrator. Ann's career began at the European Central Bank as a Forecast Process Assistant. Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and German from the University of Galway.
