Lisa Culp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise operations and management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at uBreakiFix since October 2024 and as the Owner of Camp Bow Wow since January 2022, Lisa has previously held various leadership roles at Valvoline Inc. from 2008 to October 2024, including Senior Director of North America Franchise Operations and Director of International Quick Lubes. Early career positions include Public Relations at Doug Herbert Racing (2007-2008) and various roles at Valvoline Instant Oil Change from 2002 to 2007. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Midway College.
