Dexter Ted Kabingue has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dexter Ted started their career at Teleperformance in March 2021 as a Customer Service Representative, where they excelled and was awarded as a Top Expert. Dexter Ted then transitioned to the role of Technical Specialist in September 2021 before becoming an Operations Team Lead in November 2021. At Teleperformance, Dexter was responsible for supervising a team, handling customer complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. In July 2022, Dexter moved to Ubiquity as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they focused on delivering high standards of customer service and leading quality calibration. In June 2023, they took on the role of an Enterprise Transformation Analyst, providing support to senior project managers and assisting in strategic opportunities. Dexter's most recent position is a Project Lead at Ubiquity starting in November 2023, where they spearhead projects, manages resources, and ensures effective communication among stakeholders.
