Shu-Huai Wu worked as a Software Engineer at Ubiquiti Inc. starting from April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at 瑞昱半導體股份有限公司 from September 2014 to March 2018. In their role at 瑞昱半導體股份有限公司, they were responsible for Wi-Fi chip driver design and development, focusing on tablet, set-top box (STB), and mobile devices. Shu-Huai also worked on implementing 802 standards.

Shu-Huai Wu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer science from National Chiao Tung University, which they pursued from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer science from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
