Saurabh Singh has work experience in the field of technical support and escalation engineering. Saurabh started their career at Wipro Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer in September 2017 and worked there until April 2018. In May 2018, they joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Team Lead and later transitioned to the role of Tier 2 (Escalation Engineer) in September 2020.

Saurabh Singh obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Shree L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering between the years 2013 and 2018.
