Roy Chen has work experience as a Firmware Engineer at Ubiquiti Networks since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at Korenix Technology Co., Ltd from April 2015 to July 2017. Roy also served as a Senior Software Engineer at 5V Technologies Ltd from May 2009 to April 2015. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Delta Networks, Inc. from September 2006 to May 2009.

Roy Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2004. Roy then pursued their education further and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from National Taiwan University between 2004 and 2006.
