Rizal Arishandi is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and project management, currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Consultant at VSM Software Pvt Ltd since August 2021. Responsibilities include providing first-level support to end-users, implementing expansions, coordinating between clients and the VSM team in India, and delivering training and reports. Prior to this, Rizal held the position of Project Manager at PT. Indo Jalin Survey, overseeing end-to-end project management, and has extensive analytical experience at Novartis in various roles such as Incentive & Market Data Analyst and Marketing Data Analyst. Additionally, experience as a Data Processing Executive at Ipsos in Indonesia involved monitoring project progress and resource allocation. Rizal Arishandi earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from IPB University, completed in 2010.
