Vitor Paludo de Falco is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in fintech, digital products, and software development. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Rain Instant Pay since January 2022, Vitor manages the Loan Management System and the Ledger/Accounting System for the company. Vitor also contributes as a Mentor at Tera, guiding students in their final project presentations. Previous experience includes roles as a Product Manager at Creditas, PicPay, and Guiabolso, as well as an initial tenure at Target Sistemas where Vitor helped establish a new product area. Vitor holds an MBA in Software Engineering from FIAP, a certification in Digital Product Leadership from Tera, and a degree in Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
