Tricia Estacio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources compliance, and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager for EEO-Affirmative Action at Uber since September 2024, Tricia previously worked as the People and D&I Program Lead at J.S. Held LLC, and as a D&I Program Specialist at ICF. Tricia's earlier roles include Manager of HR EEO Compliance at Cognizant, Manager of HR Compliance at Marriott International, and Associate HR Consultant/Client Project Analyst at Berkshire Associates Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Project Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Charleston Southern University.
