With a rich background in creative leadership, Noel-Andrew has previously held the role of Creative Director at Backayard Magazine and served as Creative Lead for Key Art at Champ & Pepper Inc. Additionally, Noel-Andrew has contributed as a Senior Creative Lead at both the Toronto Film School and Yorkville University.
