Previous roles include Senior Design Manager at Uber Eats, Product Design Lead, and Product Designer at Postmates Inc., as well as Chief Hype Girl at Kinda Fancy. Early career highlights include positions such as Senior Designer at Cibo, Designer at HYDRANT, and Co-Founder and Head of Design at Rootless, where Lauren played a key role in startup growth. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Digital Design from the University of Cincinnati.
