CR Wooters serves as the Senior Director and Head of Federal Affairs at Uber since March 2021, previously holding roles as Head of Federal Affairs and Director of Federal Public Affairs within the same organization. Additionally, CR Wooters is a member of The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and a founding board member of the Flex Association. Prior to these roles, CR Wooters co-founded FIO360, a public affairs firm, and worked as Deputy Director at the Technology CEO Council, supporting a coalition of leading tech CEOs. Experience also includes serving as Principal at Mehlman Castagnetti Rosen & Thomas, and providing strategic communications support for BP post-Gulf oil spill. Early career experience includes Chief of Staff for Rep. Chris Van Hollen and Director of Member Service for the Office of the Assistant to the Speaker. CR Wooters earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University.
