Benji Condie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Senior Safety Investigations Team Lead at Uber since October 2020. Benji has held multiple roles at Uber, including Community Operations Team Lead and Community Operations Specialist, focusing on providing exceptional service to riders, driver-partners, and restaurant partners while managing escalated requests across critical business lines.
