Akshay Goel is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in leading high-impact teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently at Uber since August 2019, Akshay focuses on creating internal and external earnings standards for millions of drivers and couriers globally while previously enhancing merchant experiences across various domains. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Amazon, directing the customer experience for Prime Now, and Co-Founder & CEO of The Red Crowd, pioneering India's first online freelancing marketplace. Akshay's career began as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, contributing to significant business initiatives, complemented by a summer internship at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Akshay holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy & Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
