Tellen Qiu, ÇñÓî¹â M.S. has had a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Tellen began their career in 2008 as a Senior Engineer, Field Application Engineer, and Global Engineering Support at Ubee Interactive. In 2014, they moved to Hitron Technologies Inc. as a Network Engineer, where they worked with Charter, Mediacom, Rogers, Shaw Communications and Cablem¨¢s on product certification and field reported issues. In 2016, they joined Technicolor as a Senior System Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, working with Comcast and Charter teams to resolve field operation technical issues. In 2017, they served as a Visiting Engineer at CableLabs. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Ubee Interactive as a Principal Engineer, where they are the account owner of Ubee's biggest customer, Charter Communications, and is responsible for all product technical issues and support.

Tellen Qiu, ÇñÓî¹â M.S. has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Northeastern University (CN), obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they hold two certifications from Cisco: a Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA), obtained in August 2008, and a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), obtained in July 2008.
