Jamie Hall is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both academic and cultural sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Communications at the University of British Columbia since August 2006, Jamie manages external and internal communications for the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, while also supporting the marketing of UBC technologies. Prior roles include Marketing Coordinator at Pacific Cinematheque, Corporate Identity and Promotional Services at the University of Edinburgh, and Cinema Coordinator at the National Museums of Scotland. Jamie also has a background in freelance marketing, research, and educational services, including script reading for BBC Scotland and lecturing at the University of Stirling. Jamie holds a BA (hons) in Film and Media Studies from the University of Stirling.
