Ernie Anastasi is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at UBC since September 2022, Ernie previously held the position of Director of Technical Operations at Examoto from January 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included program management. A significant tenure at Siemens Healthineers from 2006 to 2019 involved roles such as Senior Manager and Project Manager, where Ernie managed a $30 million global P&L and oversaw AGILE software programs. Prior to Siemens, experience as a Senior Applications Programmer/Analyst at Coventry Healthcare contributed to a project generating $4 billion in healthcare premiums annually. Ernie's earlier roles span senior application development positions at various companies including Indepth Consulting Inc, VSPAN, 4Anything Network, and CSC Consulting Group. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ursinus College.
