Kimberly Miller is an accomplished Organization Effectiveness Consulting Senior Executive with extensive experience in driving business performance improvement across various sectors. Since May 2011, Kimberly has been self-employed, partnering with executives in both for-profit and non-profit organizations on change program management, strategic planning, and leadership development. Kimberly currently serves as a Strategic Advisor for uBack, facilitating a new philanthropic ecosystem. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at UnitedLex, where Kimberly led strategy and capability development, and at SunTrust, where Kimberly was the Head of Business Enablement. Kimberly's career also includes a significant tenure at Accenture, held leadership positions in organization effectiveness and change management. Kimberly holds an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Duke University.
