Kristin Boose is a legal professional with extensive experience in business, banking, and real estate law. Currently serving as a Partner at UB Greensfelder since February 2024, Kristin focuses on financing transactions and tax-advantaged real estate investments. Prior to this role, Kristin was a Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP from May 2005 to February 2024 and worked as an Associate at Cowden, Humphrey, Nagorney & Lovett from August 2001 to April 2005, where the concentration was on transactional business law for small to mid-sized businesses. Kristin holds a JD/MBA in Law and Business from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from Baldwin Wallace University.
