Nicole Allor has extensive experience in health care administration and employee benefits, currently serving as a Senior Eligibility Specialist at UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust since July 2009, where responsibilities include handling appeals for UAW retirees. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Temporary Training Specialist at Troy Michigan Works! from December 2008 to July 2009, focusing on registering unemployed individuals and processing training waivers. Nicole also held the position of Benefit Program Manager at Chrysler from November 2003 to November 2008, following a tenure in HR and Assembly Operations at the same company from 1997 to 2003. Nicole obtained a BS in HR Management from Baker College Business and Corporate Services between 1998 and 2001.
