Parshan Khosravi is a seasoned policy advocate with extensive experience in higher education and student representation. Currently serving as the CA Policy Director at uAspire since April 2022, Parshan leads California’s policy agenda to enhance financial aid systems for students. Prior to this role, Parshan was the Government Relations Director for the University of California Student Association, representing over 285,000 students, and securing significant grants. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of External Affairs for the UCLA Graduate Students Association and President of the Associated Students of the University of California, Irvine. Parshan holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from UCLA and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Education from UC Irvine.
