Will McNair holds the position of Worldwide Director of Oil and Soyfood Programs at the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) since May 2013. Prior to this role, McNair worked as a researcher at The University of Tennessee from August 2011 to May 2013, focusing on agricultural marketing development and policy analysis. Experience also includes a position with the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service in 2012, where McNair analyzed the Argentine cotton industry. Earlier, McNair served as a translator for the Fairfax County Government from December 2006 to August 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
