Lisa Covington, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Lisa started their career at PwC as an International Tax Manager, where they played a significant role in implementing worldwide holding company structures and restructuring publicly-held US companies. Lisa then joined Nabors Industries as an International Tax Senior Manager, leading the entire International Tax Group and managing tax issues for non-US operations.

Lisa then worked as a Financial Consultant at Gershen Consulting before becoming the Tax Director at Tesco Corporation. In this role, they participated in the management team and communicated with the Board of Directors. Lisa prepared Tesco's US tax returns and provided guidance on tax matters.

Later, Lisa joined Weatherford as the Manager of Financial Reporting for Income Taxes. Lisa was responsible for managing the preparation of the company's quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provision. Lisa also coordinated with other departments to quantify the financial impact of merger and acquisition transactions.

Lisa then served as the International Tax Manager at TETRA Technologies, where they were involved in the preparation of US consolidated federal income tax returns. Currently, they are the Director of Tax at U.S. Silica Company, where they manage the entire corporate-wide tax function, oversees tax provision calculations, and drafts tax-related SEC disclosures.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their expertise in tax management, provision calculations, SEC compliance, and international tax issues.
