Sandra Balderas has a varied work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sandra is currently working as the Director, Business Solutions Lead at U.S. Renal Care since November 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they held the positions of Business Solutions Specialist and Senior Business Analyst. Before that, they worked at Aon as a Senior Business Analyst/IT Domain Lead from 2013 to 2017. Sandra also has experience at Health Care Service Corporation as a Business Analyst from 2007 to 2013, and at Aon Hewitt as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2007. Sandra began their career as a Business Analyst/Consultant at RA Solutions, Inc in 2004. Throughout their career, Sandra has demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Sandra Balderas received their Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Sciences (IDS / MIS) from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 1999-2004. Sandra has also obtained additional certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October and December of 2018 respectively.
