Larry Clayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military transition services and veteran outreach. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Helmets to Hardhats since January 2024, Larry focuses on connecting transitioning military personnel, National Guard, Reservists, and veterans with apprenticeship programs and employment opportunities. Prior roles include Transition Assistance Advisor at CTR Management Group, LLC, where services were provided to eligible Reserve Component Members and their families, and Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, assisting veterans in achieving vocational and educational goals. Larry's background also includes leadership positions in logistics and training as Site Lead at Kent, Campa, and Kate Inc., as well as various technical roles in the US Navy, where skills in well drilling and maintenance were developed. Larry holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
