Orlando Ross, MPA, serves as a District Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives since October 2019, where responsibilities include liaising with local, state, and federal officials in the 9th Congressional District and managing relationships within a community of 756,507 constituents. Concurrently, Orlando functions as a Coordinator at the New York City Board of Elections since September 2018, overseeing polling site operations. As a Management Consultant with RossEnterprise Consulting since December 2016, advocacy for computer literacy is a focus, along with organizing community training seminars. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Analyst and Campaign Promoter for the New York State Attorney General 2018 Campaign and extensive community engagement positions with NYC Public Advocate Tish James and the New York State Assembly. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University.
