Emma Campbell serves as the Director of Operations for Congressman Steny Hoyer's office in Maryland's 5th district, after previously holding positions as Executive Assistant and Lead Intern within the same office. Emma's experience includes roles as a Legislative Intern for Congressman Chris Pappas and as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Seth Moulton. Emma was also active in the College Democrats of Maryland, serving as Vice President and Political Director, and gained campaign experience as a Campaign Intern for Alex Gray's Boston City Council bid and as a Fellow for the Yes on 2 Ballot Campaign. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, with a study period encompassing 2019 to 2025.
