Stephen Harvey possesses extensive experience in energy statistics, market oversight, and strategic operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since February 2008, Stephen engages diverse audiences on energy issues and has previously held roles including Assistant Administrator for Energy Statistics and Director of the Office of Oil and Gas. Prior to EIA, Stephen directed efforts at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, rebuilding credibility post-California Electricity Crisis, and held leadership positions at ExoLink Corporation, Columbia Energy Services, and New Jersey Resources. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Political Science from Guilford College.
