Sarah Polsinelli, LCSW C-SWHC, has extensive experience in social work, primarily within the Veterans Affairs system since October 2013, holding positions as a PACT/Outpatient Medicine and Mental Health Primary Care Social Worker and an Acute Care Inpatient Medical Social Worker. In addition to professional roles, Sarah has contributed as a volunteer for organizations such as New York Cares and The Village Temple Soup Kitchen since 1998. Previous volunteer work includes involvement with Veteran Anglers of New York and an internship focusing on mental health and substance abuse at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts from Marist College.
