Rayna Gorisek currently serves as the High Reliability Organization (HRO) Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Leader at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2019. With extensive experience at UNC Health Care since August 2002, Rayna has held roles including RN, CN IV and Staff Nurse in the Burn Intensive Care Unit. Rayna Gorisek holds a Master of Nursing degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Illinois State University.
