Genaro Martinez de Villa, FAC-P/PM, currently serves as a Project Manager for the US Federal Government since September 2013, while also working as an Adjunct Emergency Management Trainer & Exercise Planner for the Florida Division of Emergency Management since 2005, where responsibilities include teaching incident command systems to first responders and citizens. Previous professional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, Market Area Manager at Advance Auto Parts, and Project Manager at IBM. Genaro has extensive educational qualifications, holding a Master of Supply Chain Management, two Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Management and Public Safety Administration, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management, along with various certifications in emergency management and process improvement.
