Emma W. serves as a Dental Resident at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has extensive experience in various roles within the American Student Dental Association (ASDA), including serving as a consultant to multiple committees and as a District 3 Trustee. Emma's leadership includes developing policies for dental practice, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and planning strategic initiatives. Emma has held multiple positions at Penn Dental Medicine, including Peer Success Coach and Student Dentist, and has been involved in pre-dental programming and mentorship since undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech. Emma holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Master's in Higher Education Administration, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Biology from Virginia Tech.
