Drew Samson is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Eastern Michigan University since July 2022. Responsibilities include managing benefits, compensation, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal laws. Previously, Drew held the position of Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter at the University of Michigan and worked in talent acquisition for the Ottawa Jr Senators, where successful recruitment of high-character players was achieved. Additional experience includes human resources internships at Faurecia and Olympia Entertainment, along with customer service roles at Highland House Restaurant and as a special needs caregiver. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and another Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Human Resources from Chatham University.
