Dericka Martin has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as a Rating Specialist (RVSR) and previously as a Veterans Service Representative (VSR) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since September 2019. Prior to this, Dericka held various positions, including Mental Health Associate at Laurel Heights Hospital and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Early Autism Services, providing tailored ABA therapy. Dericka has also worked as a Community Support Specialist at Centerstone and as a Child and Youth Mental Health Specialist II/Emergency Department Triage Specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where responsibilities included triaging psychiatric assessments and facilitating psycho-education groups. Dericka's background includes leading teams as a Lead Mental Health Associate at Hermitage Hall and offering ACT case management as a Case Manager at Mental Health Cooperative. Dericka holds a degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
