Theodore Kirby is an experienced auditor with a solid background in financial auditing and controls management. Since May 2014, Theodore has been working as an Auditor in the Financial Audit Division at HUD OIG. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at FHFA-OIG from March 2011 to May 2014, and as an IT Audit Supervisor/Controls Manager at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation from September 2007 to March 2011. Theodore began the auditing career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working as an Auditor from July 2004 to September 2006. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, completed in 2004.
