Earlier experience includes an internship at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs focused on developing an insurance program and an internship at the American Insurance Association, centered on database development for tort reform information. Academically, Samantha Schaffstall Dopp holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Environmental Planning from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Global Studies and Environmental Studies from Randolph College.
