Kevin Kane serves as the Associate Director of the Food Economics Division at USDA, where responsibilities include planning, developing, and reviewing research programs. In addition, Kevin lectures in Economics at The Catholic University of America and Trinity Washington University, covering topics such as Public Finance and Quantitative Methods. Previously, Kevin held the position of Chief Housing Market Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, overseeing field economists' analytical work, and has experience as an Economist, analyzing housing market conditions in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Kevin's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Economics/Mathematics from Saint Vincent College.
