Jessica M. Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equal employment and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Equal Employment Specialist in the Employment Adjudication Division (EAD) at the USDA since 2021, Jessica also holds a similar position at DJS Consulting Group. Jessica has previously worked as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist and Equal Employment Specialist at the Transportation Security Administration, and completed a legal internship at the District of Columbia Mayor's Office. Additionally, Jessica has a robust background in real estate as a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Educated at Howard University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, Jessica demonstrates a strong commitment to civil rights and employment equity.
