Danielle Horetsky

Policy Branch Chief at U.S. Department of Agriculture

Danielle Horetsky currently serves as the Policy Branch Chief at the USDA, overseeing matters related to 2 CFR 200, including Suspension and Debarment and Prizes and Challenges, within the Transparency Accountability and Reporting Division. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Grants and Agreement Program Manager at the USDA Farm Service Agency, leading the ILA Program and managing a $300 million grants portfolio. Experience also includes a position as a Senior Supervisory Grant Review Specialist at AmeriCorps, where Danielle spearheaded pre-award policies and supervised a team. Additional roles at AmeriCorps included co-president of the Young Professionals group, and participation in leadership development programs. Early career experience comprises roles at the National Gallery of Art and The Walters Art Museum, focusing on fellowship management and program administration. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Art History with Honors from Goucher College and has studied at the University of Oxford as a Mahoney Scholar.
