Whitney Levandusky is a Supervisory Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Copyright Office, involved in launching the Copyright Claims Board, overseeing Copyright Claims Attorneys and related staff. Previously, Whitney served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Public Information and Education Division of the United States Copyright Office and taught a course on "Art, Museums, and the Law" at The Johns Hopkins University. Additional experience includes judicial clerkships at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, a law clerk position at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and founding the Art Law Clinic at Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from The Johns Hopkins University.
