Eric Martincavage possesses extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as Manager at TraPac since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading the health and safety department and implementing programs for compliance and crisis management during the pandemic. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Health and Safety Consultant at AECOM from July 2017 to August 2019. Eric's military background with the U.S. Coast Guard, spanning from 1996 to 2016, includes various leadership positions such as Damage Controlman Petty Officer and National Strike Force Response Supervisor, where expertise was applied in disaster relief operations and maritime law enforcement. Educationally, Eric holds an MBV Graduate degree from the University of Southern California, a Master's in Health Science from Trident University International, and a Bachelor’s in English from California State University, Northridge.
