David Hammond currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Understanding Change since June 2011, while also holding the position of Senior Program Manager at the United States Coast Guard since August 2012. David Hammond obtained a Master's degree in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University between 1998 and 2000, and previously studied at the National Defense University from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, David Hammond earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University, completing studies there from 1967 to 1972.
